Min DING is an Associate Professor at the School of Industrial Design at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and a master’s supervisor. She is a member of the Academic Committee of the China Fashion Designers Association and a member of the Guangdong Artists Association. Since 2005, she has been engaged in design education, and in 2010, she was a visiting scholar at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. She serves as an expert on the curatorial team of the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo, a specialist in the Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Think Tank, an expert in school aesthetic education in Guangdong Province, and an expert in intangible cultural heritage protection in Guangzhou. Over the years, she has been dedicated to the innovation of folk art and the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage. Her art and design works have been selected for major exhibitions and have received multiple awards, with several pieces collected by institutions such as the Association Internationale pour les Échanges Culturels Artistiques du Siècle in France, the China National Silk Museum, the Guangzhou Municipal Archives, and the Shenzhen Library.
