Formerly Dean of Wenzhou Furniture College and Visiting Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, he also served as Visiting Professor at the Malmsten Furniture Studies at Linköping University in Sweden. He was the furniture designer for the China Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo, curator of the Slow Seating series at Milan Design Week, and curator of the “Stone Infinite” Design Exhibition at the Xiamen International Stone Fair.

Currently, he is a specially appointed professor at the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, curator of the “YiSi” Design Exhibition at the China International Furniture Fair Shanghai, designer for the renowned Italian brand CASANOVA, and designer for the Dutch ceramic brand WORK. He also serves as the Artistic Director for Opal Furniture, OYWM, and Yishang.
